  • Our return / exchange policy is very simple.

    If the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (NOT AFTER USE), you can report to us by email for return / exchange arrangement.

    Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s).

    We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.

    We do not issue refunds after the product is shipped.

    We will process to the exchange or we will offer you a purchase voucher valid for 6 months at the website mylittlefactory.co website.

    This conditions can be applied once we have receipt and checked the returned items.

    The amount of the purchase voucher is applied as below :

    Return for missing / damaged parts or if the order has been incorrectly supplied :

    Return for missing / damaged parts or if the order has been incorrectly supplied  is accepted to exchange the product or to get a purchase voucher corresponding to the value of product purchased less initial shipping cost and discounts.

    For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we ship out replacement at no cost* (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.

    Returns for non defective products :

    Returns for non defective product(s) are not accepted without prior authorization from mylittlefactory.co.

    Authorization for non defective returns is considered on a case by case basis by mylittlefactory.co.

    If a return is authorized it will be subject to a treatment fee of 20%.

    If the initial purchase is from another website as a crowdfunding platform or a online shop, the corresponding payment fees will be deducted from the total value.

    For example, the Kickstarter fee and payment processing fees represents 8% of the total + 0,20€

    If the return for non defective product is accepted, we do not refund money. We offer a purchase voucher for the product price less the fees corresponding.

    This voucher is valid for 6 months at mylittlefactory.co website.

    Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

    Remind : Request must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s).

    Conditions for returning items :

    Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging.

    Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we will process and ship out any replacement.

    All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers with safe method which provides proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can check with your local shipping carrier.)

    We will not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in shipping.

    Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable. 

    Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send return back to us.

    We reserve the right to return merchandise to its customer and not accept return / exchange arrangement, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, and other contaminants.

    Warranty claims* will NOT be processed without a prior authorization given by a manager of mylittlefactory.co.

  • You accept all mail carriers mylittlefactory.co offers (“Mail Carrier(s)”) as reliable mail carriers and mylittlefactory.co’s carriers of choice.

    mylittlefactory.co will send your packages with registered post.

    The package may show receipt by the postal service, but may not show any tracking information after it was received by the post office. Even mail service types that typically provide full tracking information to your location may sometimes not show any information beyond the post service receiving the package.

    mylittlefactory.co has no influence or control over the internal processes of Mail Carriers or the local postal system of your country. mylittlefactory.co can not be held liable for any mistakes made by a Mail Carrier or your local country’s postal service.

    Lost packages

    If the tracking information for your package shows receipt by any of mylittlefactory.co’s mail carriers, mylittlefactory.co is not responsible if your package never arrives at your location.

    No refunds will be provided if your package is lost in the mail system in your destination country.

    Almost all packages sent by mylittlefactory.co reach their recipient.

    Mail service delays

    In rare cases and depending on your ship to address, it can take much longer than indicated for a package to reach you and independent of the mail service you chose during check-out.

    The delivery time frames provided are averages for most mail pieces. mylittlefactory.co is not responsible if a Mail Carrier or your local country’s postal service delays the arrival of your package due to custom holds or other issues.

    Mylittlefactory.co does not provide refunds in case your package is delayed.

    Customs, Duties, and “Return to Sender” Packages 

    For orders shipped outside the country, you are solely responsible for any and all import duties your local customs office may impose on your order. If a package is returned to mylittlefactory.co due to the Mail Carrier’s inability to collect customs duties or deliver the package to your provided ship-to address, mylittlefactory.co will not refund shipping costs when and if the package is returned to mylittlefactory.co.

    Information for International Shipments

    For international shipments, the Priority Mail International options typically will not provide tracking or delivery confirmation after the shipments leave our country.

    Express Mail International shipments are more likely to be scanned after they leave the country, but there is no guarantee that items will receive additional scans.

    Please note that delivery times for priority international shipments can vary wildly, even for Priority and Express Mail shipments, and it could take 1-2 months to receive items sent via the Post Office under worst case situations.

    Since the post office will not claim responsibility for packages and the shipments are not normally scanned once they leave the country, mylittlefactory.co cannot be held responsible for lost shipments for international orders when they have been shipped via any post office method. 

    Choosing a method of shipment for international shipments is the customer’s choice and they are accepting full responsibility for any lost shipment. 

    If you want a fully traceable shipment, you must choose FedEx/DHL as the method of shipment.

    Please contact us before place your order to chose Fedex/DHL and pay additional cost.

We accept no responsibility for damages occurring to imaging equipment used in conjunction with any of the products sold.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, mylittlefactory.co expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By placing an order, you agree that, mylittlefactory.co will not be held liable for any loss or damage using a product sold by mylittlefactory.co In no event shall mylittlefactory.co, or its employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

    By placing an order, you also agree that, under no circumstances whatsoever shall mylittlefactory.co be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of profit or the loss of any other form of financial or non-financial benefit; loss of use of or damage to any property; work stoppage; any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage; costs; expenses; and other claims for compensation), arising out of or in connection with the sale of any mylittlefactory.co product.

Limited 90 Days warranty
  • Mylittlefactory, hereby known as, mylittlefactory.co, warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the time of delivery. Mylittlefactory will pay labor costs for warranty service for a period of 90 days from the time of delivery.

    Mylittlefactory sole obligation under said warranty is to repair, or at its option, replace the defective part. The buyer shall have no other remedy. All special, incidental and consequential damages are excluded.

    The warranty shall be voided by alternations of equipment except by Mylittlefactory, or tampering with, improper installation or maintenance, accident or misuse. This warranty expressly excludes all damage to these products resulting from careless or neglectful transportation.

    Should the unit be used for commercial purposes or rental, Mylittlefactory‘s warranty shall not apply and be voided.

    Mylittlefactory shall in no event be responsible for any warranty work done without first obtaining written consent. Absolutely no tampering and/or disassembling to any parts of your product or any changes to internal software voids the warranty, without consent of a Mylittlefactory representative.

    EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES – THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

    What is covered by this warranty?

    Mylittlefactory warrants hardware and accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Mylittlefactory’s product manuals.

    This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, light bulb, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to appearence damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Mylittlefactory Product outside Mylittlefactory’s published manuals and guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Mylittlefactory; (g) to an Mylittlefactory Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Mylittlefactory; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging, or (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Mylittlefactory Product.

    How to run the warranty?

    Warranty claims will NOT be processed without a completed RMA form.
